• Cooking for some well know people for charity events such as Hilary Devey, Princess Ann, also a few celebrity chefs, Brian Turner, Antony Worrall Thompson and James Martin

• I have worked in and around the Catering Industry in and around Burton on Trent area for the last 14 years. I previously worked in Guernsey for around three years in a 5 Star Hotel, where I worked as a Bar, Restaurant Manager, covering the head chef's days.

• I grew up in Norfolk, Surrounded by locally new Farming and Game areas, moving to Guernsey to work with excellent seafood produce caught in and around the channel islands by local fishers.

• They were bringing their catches to the restaurant. I have been blessed to work with perfect ingredients and chefs who have shared their knowledge.

• Overall I Have worked in several areas in the hospitality trade, so I have an excellent range of knowledge to help you to gain a perfect dining experience.
